Shipping Lead Times
Shipping lead times are clearly stated in the product descriptions. These timelines are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. Please review the individual product listing for expected shipping windows prior to placing your order.
Address Changes
We will accept address changes only if the request is received before the order has been assigned tracking information. Once a tracking number has been issued, the shipping process has begun and we can no longer make modifications.
Responsibility After Shipment
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Any issues related to the delivery of your order should be addressed directly with the shipping provider using your tracking information.
Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address. If a package is returned due to such an error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
